Description
KonProof WR is a two-component waterproofing coating for application on cementitious substrates, clay, cement, cement boards, natural stones, etc., to prevent the ingress of moisture and corrosive atmospheric gases into the coated substrate. The product is supplied as a two-component material comprising a pre-proportioned quantity of powder (Part A), a mixture of cement, aggregates, and specials, and a latex polymer liquid component (Part B), which are ready to mix and use at the site.
Uses
- KONProof WR is suitable for application as:
- Cement-based waterproofing coating for roofs, underground slabs, wet areas, swimming pools, water tanks, balconies, internal surfaces of basements, lift pits, sumps, etc.
- Damp-proof coating on brick masonry and blockwork.
- Sealing of shrinkage and dynamic cracks with limited movement arising due to thermal effects and rebar corrosion.
- Protective coating on concrete surface to prevent ingress of moisture and corrosive atmospheric gases.
- Waterproof sealer coat on the rear side of fully bonded or mechanically fixed natural stones.
- Waterproofing coating on cement boards.
